Increase your chances of success by applying direct
The problem with job boards
- Listings are often copied and reposted across multiple sites
- By the time you see a role, it may already be filled
- Postings can take days to weeks to reach you
Why applying direct works better
- See roles the same day they’re posted
- Apply directly on the company’s own site
- No duplicates, no reposts, no ghost listings
Tracking hiring cycles and activity across companies
Zipline tracks each company's hiring history over time: how actively they're recruiting, which teams are growing, and how their pace compares across sectors. Enough context to decide where to focus your search.
- Hiring velocity and history, quarter over quarter
- Which teams and functions are growing
- Benchmarks across sectors and company stage
Know the moment a company starts hiring
Follow the companies you care about and find new roles the moment they appear on their career page, often before anywhere else.
- See all open and past roles per company
- Filter by department, location, or seniority
- Apply directly on the company's own site
Frequently asked questions
What is Zipline Jobs?
Zipline is a search engine for company career pages. Instead of relying on what companies choose to post to job boards, we monitor career pages directly and surface roles as they’re published.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed?
Job boards depend on companies actively posting to them, which means listings are often delayed, incomplete, or missing entirely. Zipline reads career pages directly, so you see what's actually open rather than what's been submitted to a third party.
Should I apply directly on a company’s website instead of LinkedIn?
In most cases, yes. Applying on a company’s own career page puts your application directly into their internal system, rather than a third-party queue that can get filtered out before a recruiter ever sees it. Zipline exists to make direct applications easier by surfacing career-page listings from thousands of companies in one place.
Which companies are tracked?
We currently track 2471+ companies spanning 163,105+ open roles across 20+ job categories, from early-stage startups to large enterprises. We support direct career pages as well as all major ATS providers like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday.
How often are listings updated?
Career pages are checked on a regular cadence, though the exact frequency varies by company depending on factors like hiring demand and how often they post new roles.
Do I apply on Zipline, or does it send me to the company’s site?
Zipline links you directly to the original listing on the company’s own career page. You apply there, directly in the employer’s own system, not through Zipline.
Is it free?
Yes. Zipline is free to use, with no account required to browse.
